Karen Lynn Interiors was hired to refresh and recreate the interiors of “Sioux Empress” with a chic, modern and nautical atmosphere. Meeting with the Client decided to incorporate a lot of white into the interior with pops of blue to suggest a modern nautical theme. Karen Lynn Interiors selected all materials and finishes, coordinated the reupholstery of existing sofas and headboards and restyled all of the seating, dining chairsand headboards and bed bases throughout the boat using trendy bright patterned fabrics. She created extra storage in the loose furnishing and created a cocktail ottoman in white epi leather. We replaced all of the window shades throughout with colorful new shades to coordinate with each rooms new look. We fabricated gorgeous white custom linens and bedding for each cabin with colorful throw pillows. We replaced all of the carpets with light silver and white textured cut and loop. We finished off the yachts interior with decorative lighting in the Main Salon, Master, and VIP. The exterior deck cushions, loose furniture and cushion layout was also redone using a fresh yellow and white Sunbrella fabric. The final touch was Brito Art placed in the yachts salon interior to pull the entire look together.
